Thank you for visiting my online headquarters!

It has been my distinct honor to serve you and the State of Maryland in Annapolis during this 433rd Session of The Maryland General Assembly.  The 90-day Session began January 9, 2013, and ended April 8, 2013.  Despite the many challenges we faced, my colleagues and I have worked to make a positive difference for our 40^th district constituents as well as for all the citizens of Maryland.

As you know, it is my intent to introduce and support meaningful legislation that will enrich the quality of life for the citizens of Baltimore and all Marylanders.
